NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

Enjoy free delivery on orders worth ₱3,500 and above within NCR. For orders outside NCR, a shipping cost will be applied based on the dimensions, weight, and location. However, we offer free gifts for orders outside NCR monthly through our tiered promotion with a minimum purchase requirement.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Cutting Edge Online accepts orders 24/7. We process these orders Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding holidays.

Our standard lead times for delivery are as follows:

  • Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days.
  • For remote areas and non-city locations, please allow up to 10–12 business days for delivery.
  • Delivery times during holidays, sales, online events, and peak seasons may vary due to high volumes of orders.
  • In case of inclement weather, please expect delays.
  • Additional time may be required for orders with special requests, such as gift wrapping.
  • Some orders will require multiple deliveries; a separate tracking number will be provided for each dispatch.
  • Customers who wish to avail of our free delivery service should anticipate extended delivery lead times due to consolidated shipment scheduling and higher order volumes.

SAME DAY / NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Cutting Edge Online offers same-day and next-day delivery service for Metro Manila customers ordering from selected cities. Our cut-off time for same-day and next-day delivery is 12:00 noon, and processing will begin once we receive your payment. Please note that same-day and next-day delivery services are available only from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed beyond the cut-off time, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery fees shall be shouldered by the customer. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

For security reasons, additions, cancellations, or amendments to orders cannot be made once an order is confirmed. Special last-minute requests can be accommodated if your package has not been sealed and assigned a tracking number for dispatch. Such requests must be made through our Customer Service team.
