1. What payment options are available?

All major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard), bank deposits via MetroBank or BDO, and GCash.

2. When will my item be shipped?

Standard shipping duration for orders within Metro Manila is 3-7 business days. We handle these deliveries with our own team.

For provincial deliveries, we use GoGo Express for small items and AP Cargo for larger items. Shipping typically takes 7-12 business days.

 

3.  Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process COD transactions.

4. Can I opt to have my item delivered through Grab Express/LalaMove?

Yes, but the customer must book and pay for the shipping fee. To apply this online, please use the code GRABEXPRESS or LALAMOVE upon checkout to waive the default shipping fee. Please allow us at least 1-2 days lead time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to prepare your order. Kindly wait for our advice regarding the schedule before booking.

5. Can I opt to pick up my order from your Head Office?

Yes, we can prepare your order for pick-up. Please allow us at least 1-2 days lead time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to prepare your order. Kindly wait for our text/call confirmation before picking up your order.

6. I have concerns with my order. How do I reach Cutting Edge?

Please send us a message on Facebook, including your order reference number. You can also email us at cuttingedgeonline@grimalkincorp.com.

7. Can I exchange my order?

Our exchange policy applies within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the item. To facilitate this, the customer should email us the reason for the exchange and a photo of the receipt.

8. How do I inquire about product availability?

9. How long can you reserve my order?

Reservations for an item are valid for 3 business days. Failure to make a bank deposit within this period will result in the cancellation of your order.

10. How long will my refund take?

Refunds may take a few days depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Our team processes refunds as quickly as possible, but banks and payment providers have their own guidelines for processing and releasing funds. General guidelines for clearing funds are:

  • GCash: Within 5-15 days
  • Visa, Mastercard: Within 5-15 days, or up to 30 days depending on your bank
  • Bank Transfer: Within 5-15 days

11. Do you issue an Official Receipt/Sales Invoice?

Yes! We can issue both a Collection Receipt and a Sales Invoice. To request these, please include the necessary details (Company Name, Company Address, Business Style, and TIN Number) in the notes section before checkout.
