Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. The Cutting Edge Online Store (www.cuttingedge.com.ph) has the right to cancel any orders received for the following reasons:

a. Force majeure or acts of nature, including calamities, bad weather conditions, and strikes.
b. Circumstances beyond the control of the merchant, including out-of-stock items, system errors, item detail disputes, incorrect images, wrong promotions, and incorrect pricing, among others.
c. In the event of a system error, orders may be cancelled automatically, from which payment will be refunded within 5–14 working days.
d. Non-compliance with order requirements.

Should your order be cancelled, you will be duly notified via email by our cuttingedge.com.ph representative. A Cutting Edge Online Store representative will facilitate a refund of any payments made to www.cuttingedge.com.ph. In case of dispute, the company's decision will prevail. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of Grimalkin Corporation.

2. In order to cancel your order, please send us an email at cuttingedgeonline@grimalkincorp.com. All cancellations are conditional upon cuttingedge.com.ph’s accepted reasons for order cancellation. You will receive a confirmation from cuttingedge.com.ph once your order has been successfully cancelled. All delivery fees incurred in the transaction shall not be refundable.

3. The Cutting Edge Online Store (www.cuttingedge.com.ph) may stop any products in transit, suspend further deliveries to the customer, and/or terminate the customer contract with immediate effect by written notice to the customer if or when the product becomes unavailable for any reason.

REFUND OF PAYMENTS

All refunds shall be made through the original payment mechanism to the person who made the original payment. Handling and shipping fees incurred in the transaction will be deducted from the refund.

The Cutting Edge Online Store (www.cuttingedge.com.ph) has no guarantee on the timeliness of refunds. The processing of payment may take time depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or the payment provider’s internal processing guidelines. All refunds are conditional upon cuttingedge.com.ph’s acceptance of a valid return of the item.

The Cutting Edge Online Store (www.cuttingedge.com.ph) reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice. The Cutting Edge Online Store (www.cuttingedge.com.ph) will not provide refunds for certain goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned. Such goods include items which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once opened (i.e., Mi Drying Hair Cap, Mi Nail Clipper, personal grooming tools, etc.).

Note: A cancellation fee will be applied to each cancelled transaction on cuttingedge.com.ph, and the fee amount may vary depending on the payment method used during the transaction. (The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.)
